Position : WCM Facilitator (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role :

- To ensure World Class Manufacturing operating standards are designed and implemented proposing any changes in working practices, new process and plant developments

- Safety Individual SMAT target and adherence to best practice plant safety guidelines within each of the pillars and projects

- 5S level of Facility : Diving the complete premises in Zone, Zone members, Zone Leaders, 100% training to employees, Regular Audit of Zones, Resource development for improvement

- WCM Projects : Identification of the projects & participants, ensuring resources availability for projects, Continuous audits for progress, Understanding of standard formats

- To ensure World Class Manufacturing pillar are implemented at the site as per group guidelines & month pillar review to be done for driving the pillar activities through pillar leaders

- Training of technical staff & employees as required in the approach, task and techniques of WCM and review effectiveness of training, train employees on projects & methodology of WCM

- Support the management team in the review of progress and the identification and implementation of counter measures to ensure that WCM programme is achieved

- Collect, collate and analysis data to chart progress of the plant against the WCM plan recommending counter measures to overcome adverse variances

- Ensure communications are fully deployed and answers to questions/points of clarification are auctioned on a timely basis to deliver the required understanding and commitment to WCM

Requirements :

- BE (Mech/ Chemical/ Production) with exposure to TPM/TQM or equivalent exposure to WCM

- 7-10 yrs of experience

- Good experience in manufacturing, process engineering or technical project development, with a good understanding of the plant organisation

- Expected to provide high levels of customer service, both in terms of quality as well as a speedy response, to a range of individuals in the company

- Results focus is a critical attribute for the WCM Facilitator, where he must be both data-driven, as well as being able to work closely with project team members with autonomy over autonomous & professional Maintenance, Focused improvement & Quality Pillar

- A keen focus on the plant performance and opportunities to improve is very important

- WCM Facilitator must be able to follow-up on challenging time-scales with many project teams, influencing them to constantly keep on track

- Must be dynamic, energetic, self-driven, results-oriented, and above all who has a positive can do- outlook with a clear focus on deliverables. Shall be a Self-Motivated person having good analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
