Welding Coordinator (7-10 yrs)
- Create and execute the Welding Plan System and welding plans
- Ensuring welding plans are compliant to health and safety requirements
- Arrange site quality procedures, manuals and reports
- Execute the QC tasks of a project or its parts including QC inspection schedules and the collection of quality records
- Supervise inspections, surveys, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required documents
- Evaluate the qualifications of welders and Non-Destructive Test-NDT technicians with regard to the activities assigned
- Evaluates the qualifications of the employees and subcontractors
- Assess all welding activities are carried out according to customer specifications and contract deviations are being reported
- Advise on implementation of relative corrective actions. Systematically record the nonconformity or event reports issued and identify and assess appropriate corrective actions
- Advise and reports on machinery maintenance
- Advise on welding training programs
- Liaise with customer executives and monitor project deliveries
