Whirlpool - Senior Executive - Production (2-8 yrs)
Responsible for the daily KPI's : delivery, LGT, OEE, scrap cost reduction, quality & productivity
- Analyze and bridge gaps in production against capacity by identifying pain areas, preparing action plan and driving the change with CFT (Cross-Functional Team) on biweekly basis
- Arrange weekly meetings with Production and PDC (Product Development Centre) teams for discussion on cycle-time improvement and new parts requirements in accordance with ECN (Engg. Change Notification) and ECR (Engg. Change Request)
- Monitor the CAL A defects to ensure quality of products on the line
- Maintain quality through adherence to parameters like scrap cost and CAL (Customer assurance Lab) A defects related to cabinet foaming
- Monitor LGT related to CHU-In (Component hookup unit), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and A defects
- Review WCM (Whirlpool Production System) implementation
- Drive Autonomous maintenance
- Implement preventive maintenance or maintain machine-health and take up improvisation projects for reduction of scrap, power etc.
- Measures to ensure effective manpower handling and engagement
- Engage and align the workforce to the productivity objectives and targets
- Managing skill matrix of the operators to ensure manpower optimization
Technical :
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Knowledge on supply chain processes
- Knowledge of company products and equipments (eg. Testing machines, charging machines, components etc.)
