Workshop Engineering Manager - Aqua Farm (6-15 yrs)
Position : Workshop & Engineering Manager for Aqua Farm at West Africa
- Managing and carrying out troubleshooting of vehicles, Generators and other mechanical machines
- Assessing project requirements
- Agreeing and negotiating project budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers
- Providing technical advice and answering queries from clients and managers
- Work closely with suppliers
- Writing reports and documentation, giving Presentations
- Supervising junior staff team.
- Purchase of spares
- Repairing of Vehicles, Generators, Out-board machines, Mechanical pumps
- Repairing and installation of Electrical pumps
- Repairing of Fish Graders and counters
- Repairing of Refrigeration equipments and Ice Plants.
- Repairing of ponds, pipelines, aeration system, blowers etc.
- Regular preventive maintenance activities
Qualification : Automobile / Mechanical Engineer
Experience level : min. 7 years +, with prior experience in managing a team.
