Job description :
1. Lead a team of 30-40 employees
2. Ensure targets on market fulfilment are met and plan for production schedule accordingly
3. Ensure all production procedures are in place as per standards
4. Ensure product quality as per quality specifications
5. Monitor shift production records on daily basis and take appropriate actions for performance improvement
6. Ensure safe work practices are followed during the shift
7. Ensure systematic maintenance and inventory management schedules are followed
8. Ensure no gaps in regulatory compliances
9. Ensure implementation of GMPs inside the plant premises
10. Determine the best and the most efficient use of the available resources, including equipment and labour, to meet the production goals.
11. Meet targets on cost reduction through reduction in wastages and breakdowns
12. Vendor management
