Wrig Nanosystems - Production Manager - Medical Devices Manufacturing (5-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Lead a team of 30-40 employees
- Ensure targets on market fulfilment are met and plan for production schedule accordingly
- Ensure all production procedures are in place as per standards
- Ensure product quality as per quality specifications
- Monitor shift production records on daily basis and take appropriate actions for performance improvement
- Ensure safe work practices are followed during the shift
- Ensure systematic maintenance and inventory management schedules are followed
- Ensure no gaps in regulatory compliances
- Ensure implementation of GMPs inside the plant premises
- Determine the best and the most efficient use of the available resources, including equipment and labour, to meet the production goals.
- Meet targets on cost reduction through reduction in wastages and breakdowns
- Vendor management
Minimum Requirement :
- Degree in mechanical or pharmacy from recognized university and shall have experience of not less than 2 years in manufacturing of medical devices.
- Diploma in mechanical or in Pharmacy from a recognized university and shall have the experience of not less than four years in manufacturing of medical devices.
