Xiaomi - Assistant Manager - SCM/Logistics Operations (4-9 yrs)
- Understand and control the flow of work through the system to keep it balanced.
- Raise the flag whenever the system is going out of control limit.
- Identify and escalate such issues in a timely manner.
- Request operational follow-ups with stake holders.
- Set real-time priorities in case of multiple simultaneous issues.
- Communicate with internal & cross functional team for any systems issues that will have a significant operational impact, and progress on their resolution.
- Follow up with progressive escalation for any issue that is taking longer than expected to resolve, and assist ops team with creating and executing workarounds.
