Job Description :
- Understand the customer requirements in detail
- Detailed project design with functional, interface and hardware specifications
- Planning and Implementation of projects from concept to design, programming and deployment
- Selection of field instruments and control devices
- Evaluation of P&ID and functional design specification
- Development of functional blocks and programming of Siemens S7-200/ S7-1200/S7- 300/ S7-1500/ S7-400 PLCs, Wincc and HMI software- s
- Commissioning of AC Drives, DC Drives, & Servo Drives
- Programming and configuration of various industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IP, Modbus etc.
- Conducting FAT and Testing of Control Panels prior to dispatch
- Developing and implementing new standards and engineering practices in the work
