Xpressbees - Project Manager (3-10 yrs)
Role Description :
As a Project Manager you would be responsible to drive process excellence on ground via tracking and controlling the facilities and infrastructure projects. Major responsibilities would include timeline tracking, cost tracking, electrical load calculations, layout designing (interior fit-outs, process flow, single line diagrams (electrical)) and stakeholder management.
The role would also include travel across Project locations (PAN IN).
Skills Required :
- Hands on experience on Auto Cad drawings (designing and reviewing)
- Experience in Project Execution (Vendor Management, Site Execution)
- Thorough knowledge of Electrical Design and load calculations along with developing single line diagrams
- Thorough knowledge of Civil and Interior related fundamentals.
- Experience in BOQ Preparation and/or review - Electrical, Civil & Interior, Security (CCTV/Access Control/FAS), IT.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, MS Projects to be specific)
Education :
- B. Tech (Electrical -1, Mechanical -1)
- M. Tech in the same field is an added advantage.
- MBA (Operations) is an added advantage.
- Atleast 3 years of work experience (preferably in logistics industry focused on facilities and warehouse related project management/designing)
