Job Description :
This Sketch Up Modelling Artist position creates and maintains 3D proposal team solutions to get best output to our clients.
- Sketch up Modelling Artists at construct creates and maintains 3D modelling solutions to get best output for our clients.
- We expect you to model the 3D buildings, as per the images of the buildings shared by clients, conceptual images and drawings.
- Make the model look realistic like the actual building by providing details and perfect matching texture
- Ensure proper texturing to the buildings by addition of trees, humans, to make the views realistic.
- Work on making the logistic plans and following the construction sequence and setting up the views for renders.
- Work on interior modelling of room, laboratory, hospital, etc. as per the clients demand and making a walkthrough of that in 3ds maz.
- The activities are not limited to this, it may vary according to the project requirement
- Take the design brief to record requirements and clients needs.
- Think creatively and develop innovative design concept.
- Work as part of a team with designers, architects and visualizers
