Zefo - Delivery Team Lead - Order Management (4-7 yrs)

- Manage a delivery fleet of up 50 including executives and helper staff
- Coordinate with cross functional teams for the timely dispatch of deliveries
- Driver higher delivery success rate and customer experience
- Handle issuance of delivery kits and other material to support deliveries
- Manager welfare and grievances of delivery fleet
Requirements :
- Great communication skill verbal and written
- Ability to connect to people speaking regional languages
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, detail and data oriented
