Zefo - Service Manager - Mobiles (8-12 yrs)
1. Achieves teams production targets while maintaining the required repair quality standards
2. Performs and can guide team on all repairs, rework, test and documentation on steps necessary to proceed
3. Troubleshoots to the component level and report all failures.
4. Responsible for training and optimizing team on fault finding, repair, service and installation of mechanical equipment.
5. Experience in refurbishing mobile phones, wireless devices and other related models/equipment all major brands.
6. Knowledge on sourcing of all refurbishment tool, components and accessories
7. Repair knowledge to include: Hardware level L1, L2, L3, L4
8. Handles customer requests for technical assistance and manpower management in order to build great customer experience
9. Drive its team to adhere to the set SOP and quality policies
10. Keep pace with the dynamically changing technology landscape in mobile phone industry
11.Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent. Masters Desirable
12. Proficient in MS Office
