Zetwerk - Project Manager - Water & Irrigation Project (7-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Manpower management & driving labour productivity at site
- Continuous monitoring of progress
- Daily Progress Review communications
- Bills Reconciliation from vendors & Generating Bills from Zetwerk to Customer
- Adept in site fabrication / civil / mechanical works
- Liasoning & Collection of monies
- Organizing inspections & approvals
- Managing the project with proper planning adhering to the budgeted cost.
- Coordination of client, consultant and third party agencies.
- Execution of all construction activities related to the project.
- Coordinating with clients day to day basis as related the project issues and taking necessary action of the progress.
- Coordinating with HO for the project overall progress and prepare budget approval and finalization with all pro financial and physical targets within stipulated time period.
- Managing client and Consultant with Local body for the progress to achieving the target,
- Planning and maintain proper documentation records for the project related.
