Job Summary:
The Zonal Admin Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative operations across multiple centers within the assigned zone. This role ensures the smooth functioning of facilities, compliance with regulatory requirements, cost optimization, and the implementation of best administrative practices to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day administration across multiple centers within the zone.
- Ensure timely availability of infrastructure, facilities, and resources.
- Monitor center compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct periodic audits and inspections to assess operational efficiency.
2. Facility & Asset Management
- Ensure proper maintenance and security of all physical infrastructure and assets.
- Manage leases, agreements, and relationships with landlords for rented premises.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and office support services.
3. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Identify and manage vendors for services such as housekeeping, security, IT support, and maintenance.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Streamline procurement processes to optimize costs and quality.
4. Compliance & Legal Coordination
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, building codes, and other statutory regulations.
- Liaise with local authorities for necessary permissions and approvals.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control
