Job Description :

Position-Zonal Manager-Operations

Level-Manager

Location- Varanasi

Region-UP-East

CTC- Maximum hike 25%(12% variable inclusive)

Control Infra outage and achieve network availability target of the Zone

1. Outage analysis and RCA,

2. Cluster team meeting and meet cluster manager expectation,

3. Customer (Operator) interaction and meet their expectation,

4. Cluster manager beat plan and frequent failing sites resolution

Vendor management and drive vendor to achieve the target :

1. Vendor interaction to make them understand operational expectation

2. Monitor equipment performance and preventive maintenance

3. Ensure prompt closure of issues by vendors

Plan material and other operational work to bring cost effectiveness in operation :

1. Analyze the material and equipment requests made by cluster managers

2. Prevent misuse of materials and resources (Fuel)

3. Ensure reduction in fuel consumption by closely monitoring OME

Compliance of PM(OME/SME), Alarm Compliances, Automation :

1. Periodic check of quality of PM

2. Alarm compliance and automation monitoring

3. Periodic OME/SME review

4. Resolve issues/shortcomings

5. Ensure timely escalations of issues occurring at each site

Training and workshop :

1. Organize training of workforce in regular basis

2. Provide input on training needs of workforce to ITTA

3. Organize workshops and technician meet

Safety guideline compliance :

1. Organizing safety training for technicians/other vendor,

2. Ensure safety guideline is followed,

3. Support for implementation of SHE initiatives take by Company
