- Performing why-why analysis on Day To Day Process Trouble Shooting, finding root cause and Making corrective & preventive action with continuous monitoring in Process and making 8 D analysis report for customer complaints
- Working on consumption & efficiently utilization of best material with meeting Quality requirement of Customer
- Demonstrating mastery of a variety of TPS/Lean tools including, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Kanban, Daily Management, 5S/Visual Management, SMED, TPM, Pareto Diagram, Fishbone Diagram, and Poka -Yoke, 8D Analysis etc
- Identifying scope for improving the capacity of machines, monitoring Design Wise changes to enhance productivity and Quality Product
