Job Description :
- Vendor identification - local & country-wide
- Taking quotations from different vendors & negotiating rates
- Maintaining a list of raw materials & associated vendors for the same
- Sending samples to vendors and coordinating with the team to ensure the right product is getting procured
- Creating PO & follow-up with the vendor for timely delivery of products
- Quality check of the inward raw materials by the vendors.
- Maintaining inventory stock of raw materials
- Planning a raw material purchase schedule.
- Responsible for distributing raw material to the production department as per production requirements.
